The Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Sinú and San Jorge Valleys, as the environmental authority in the Department of Córdoba, must define and regulate the administrative instruments and mechanisms necessary to prevent and control environmental degradation and establish criteria for the monitoring and management of environmental permits that are requested.

This Manual is designed to ensure compliance with and the effectiveness of the environmental measures that must be implemented to prevent, mitigate, control, offset, and correct any potential negative environmental impacts caused by the development of a project or activity requiring an environmental permit.
